There are a large number of document solutions for the office environment, most of which are over priced and difficult to configure and maintain. I believe that eCopy and Re-Search are two very useful products at very reasonable prices.

I believe Toshiba office equipment to be one of the best equipment manufacturers available today. They are cautious when introducing new product and field test thoroughly before sending it to full production. They engineer the machine to be technician and customer friendly so that both the end user and the servicing vender are happy with the product. That cannot be said of many manufacturers.
